Mold Design & Tooling
In-house CNC machining of precision extrusion dies. Fast turnaround time (typically 7-15 days) with strict tolerance control.

Extrusion & QC
High-tonnage press extrusion using premium aluminum billets. Immediate dimensional and structural quality checks.
Step 04
Surface Treatment
Application of specified finish: Anodizing, Powder Coating (Gema), PVDF, or Wood Grain transfer in our integrated facility.

Custom Packaging
Application of protective films (standard or private label), shrink wrapping, and secure bundling for long-distance transit.
